Unaffiliated Activities Policy

The Massachusetts State Referee Committee (MSRC) is obligated to provide referee training, certification, assessment, and education for soccer officials working in youth, adult amateur and professional matches played in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under the jurisdiction of USSF or its member organizations.

No person certified with the MSRC in the capacity of Assessor, Assignor, Instructor, or Administrator may engage in activities for the benefit of soccer organizations not affiliated with United States Soccer Federation or its members, without prior written approval from the MSRC. Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action pursuant to USSF Policy 531-10.
