MSRC Grant Guidelines

1. Grant must be for the benefit of referees in the state of Massachusetts.
2. There must be the need for the funds before a grant will be considered.
3. There must be a need for the project for which funding is being requested.
4. The entity making the request must provide financial reports and be financially capable of funding part of the program, in the form of at least a 50% match.
5. If the grant is to buy equipment then the entity requesting the grant must demonstrate what percentage of the equipment will be for the benefit of the referees.
6. The request must address how the project will improve or increase the number of referees.
7. The request must clearly state the details of the project, duration and expectations of how the funds will be used.
