State Assignor Coordinator (SAC)
Overall Responsibility
The SAC has the responsibility in making sure the coordination of the proper referee assignments by the referee assignors in our state association.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Must ensure that ALL of Massachusetts referee assignors are adhering to the USSF guidelines.
Acts as the lead arbitrator in disputes between assignors and referees; ensure that assignors are aware that all referees must receive equal consideration for match assignments consistent with the states minimum game requirements and the referees ability and desire for advancement.
Develops and implements the appropriate and up to date materials (both national and state guidelines) for the certification, recertification, and continued training of Massachusetts assignors.
Develops curriculum in conjunction with the SDI, to be taught during the mandatory recertification of Massachusetts assignors.
Ensures that all paperwork of assignors (registration or recertification) is complete and in compliance with the Massachusetts State Referee Committee and with USSF.
Consults with
State Referee Administrator and the Massachusetts State Referee Committee
Term
The SAC shall be appointed for a specified two (2) year term and may be reappointed.
