In the short time that I have been the State Referee Administrator (SRA) I have come to realize that I am part of a great team. There are several other committed volunteers who lend their magnificent skills and energy to making this program run, including the Youth and Adult Administrators, the Directors of Instruction and Assessment and Assignment, and about 200 other people who serve as instructors, assessors, assignors and administrators. The success of any one of us is derived from the effort of all of us.
That is the essence of teamwork. But it does not end there. We always have more to do!
