Adult Tournament Appointments

July 10, 2002 - The crew of officials from Massachusetts performed very well at Mercer County Park, NJ in the round robin of the Under-20 and Under-23 Regional Tournament, and were rewarded for their efforts. Of the 45 referees in camp for this event, three Massachusetts referees were selected as a crew for the final of the Under-20 men's bracket: Josh Brothers was the referee with Jeff Rousseau and Dave Del Buono as the assistants. In addition, in a game played at a different location on July 8, another Massachusetts crew worked in the Under-23 Select Regional final: Ed Shea was the referee with Dave Del Buono and Jorge Fonseca as the assistants. Great job, team!

June 26, 2002 - The Massachusetts State Referee Committee is happy to announce the delegation selected to represent Massachusetts at the Regional Under-20 and Under-23 Tournament to be held July 6 and 7 at Mercer County Park in Mercer County, New Jersey.

June 10, 2002 - The Massachusetts State Referee Committee is pleased to announce the delegation selected to represent Massachusetts at the 2002 United States Amateur Soccer Association (USASA) Veteran's Cup competition to be held June 19 to June 23 at the Southern West Virginia Sports Complex in Beckley, West Virginia. Additionally, two referees were selected to officiate at the Region 1 Amateur Finals to be played on June 16 at the United German Hungarian Club in Eastern Pennsylvania. Congratulations to all!
