If so, an account has already been created for you. Do not add a new account! Here's how to sign in for the first time:

USERNAME: The combination of your first name, last name, and birthday in mmddyyyy format.
Examples:

PASSWORD: Your default password is your birthday in mmddyyyy format.
Example:
06051981
